Soon. Yes, soon.

The album's out on July 29, but we expect pre-order information from Ace Records well before that - which will be posted on the Merch Page.

Keep your eyes peeled for the distinctive cover:

Thanks Balfie... gee, the album cover nags a memory of Procol Harum's "A`Salty Dog" set, yes/no? :?:

Album cover looks great. Bob cringed when I said I was about to listen to sound samples at Ace's website. An artiste wants you to hear all songs in full and in order! Looking forward to getting the CD. So great that we got two new Lind albums in recent years. Congrats Bob!

Good that the new album is out - or imminently so.

I'm a little puzzled though, because I distinctly remember Bob saying somewhere on this board that it was going to involve some kind of collaboration with someone whom we might not have expected - though I can't find that post now. Was there a change of plan?

Incidentally I love the album cover, and it IS reminiscent of "A Salty Dog", not a copy by any means but just stylistically similar.

There's an interesting set of producers on this one, including Rat Bastard, known to the straight world as Frank Falestra, but known to noise rock fans and avant garde punk rockers as Rat Bastard. Probably the very last person I'd expect to see in Lind liner notes, but there he is.

Fans of Harry Pussy around the world are scratching their heads in unison.

I never heard of either Rat Bastard (or Harry Pussy), but I guess this was who Bob was referring to when he said that this album featured an unexpected collaboration.

Surprise! Went to Barnes and Noble yesterday to order the new cd. Imagine my surprise when the clerk said, "You don't have to order it. We will have it in stock on Friday." Of course I will go back on Friday to (hopefully) obtain my copy. Looking forward to a magical musical experience.

My copy has not arrived yet. I guess it has to come from the USA; I hope they didn't send it in the wrong direction, in which case it may have fallen off the edge of the world!

I took the liberty of updating the Wikipedia entry on Bob Lind to include listing and brief discussion of the new album. I noticed that the Luna Star album was not listed in the discography, though it was mentioned in the main text of the article, so I added that as well. Bob and his minders might like to check the page to ensure that i have all the facts correct.

My copy arrived today. Magellan was correct!

It's a good thing it was well wrapped in thick cardboard and cellophane, because it rained heavily here and the other items in the letterbox got soaked. "A Break in the Rain" therefore seems appropriate as a closing track.

Holden Colorado... you mean the little car?

They're rather rare on this side of the planet, but I've seen them.

Really curious what people make of the "unexpected" track.
