I thought US Pacific time was only 8 hours behind GMT?

Anyway, that makes it either 7:30 am or 8:30 am here, which may or may not be feasible depending on what else I am doing. Do you know if they save the program as a podcast for those who can't listen in real time?

TIME: I think that depends on daylight savings - so for part of the year, it's 8.

(And part of the year, it's either 9 or 7. Actually, I think it's 7. Although to tell the truth, I can't recall which part of the year we're in!)

I don't know if they save it as a podcast. If not, I'll see if there's a way to get it some *other way*....

Just realized this forum is called "Keeping track of time," isn't it.

Ha.

I just checked the station site, and it seems one can download and listen to any program aired in the last two weeks. So - no panic, and no need to get up with the birds in order to listen real-time.

Ah, but look closer. Music programs are not included.

Looks like the show Bob is on must be listened to when it airs.

I'll be listening! 11:30pm eastern.

City Scenes followed by Oh Babe Take Me Home.

Awesome! Two of my biggest faves.

Well, hell .... I didn't see the post about music programs not being included until it was too late! I was planning to have a leisurely listen over the weekend, and now I've missed it! Grumble, grumble.

Try again, Suzanne. I have just finished listening to the broadcast - not in real time but on "Radio Replay".

According to their web site, you cannot download music programs, but you can replay them to listen to them, until up to two weeks after they have gone to air.

It's certainly worth listening for the interviews. Needless to say, most of the music that was played is stuff I have already heard. An exception was Jamie Hoover's rather good cover of Unlock the Door,

To make it easier:

Here's the link to the interview: http://soundcloud.com/jerrylee54/3-6-13-bob-lind-interview

That (they say) will be good for about a week. The show will also be available at kser.org for two weeks.

Clicked on 'download' and it did just that...

Listening now...

Enjoy this format more than the Michael Stock, Purple Haze or Hello! Hello! I Like Your Smile! interviews...

The more interviews Lind does, the more interesting he comes across as...
