There's a few sites on the web dealing in the art of misheard lyrics, and - through no fault of his own - Bob's managed an entry or two.
Elusive Butterfly:
"It's only me consuming something I'm not sure of."
Read that and keep a straight face, Bob!
2nd best:
Elusive Butterfly
"It's only neighbours doing something I'm not sure of."
Did he say what I think he said?

Those were pretty good - the only miss-heard EB lyric that I had ever run across was
"I chase the bright illicit butterfly of love" .......

Misheard lyrics
Not exactly misheard - but misremembered maybe:
One of the first vinyl records I bought was a 4-track EP that included Elusive Butterfly. I played it to death, of course, and my mother several times commented on the oddity of waking "to the sound of someone passing by your window with the wind".
I guess it's an interesting alternative to an alarm clock.
