Bob's voice sounds like...

Post by bob_32_116 »

I've seen suggestions on this board that Bob's voice hasn't changed over the years. I don't agree. The voice still sounds good, but it's certainly changed a bit - as one might expect from 40-plus years in the business.

I was listening just now to a Harry Chapin song on the radio, and it occurred to me - as it's occurred to me before - that Bob's voice on his recent recordings sounds quite similar to Harry Chapin's. Anyone else noticed that?

Sort of..."I am the morning DJ, on WOLD..."
"Some may call it wander-lust, some may call it crazy.
I don't call it anything - I Just Let It Take Me."
