Oh my, a tried and true troll. The glass is half empty, I know. You should be forever banished to the land of the banned! :D Personally, I applaud Bob for not engaging in nostalgia tours/interviews. There's no time like the present. And to me those 'living room demos' are better than what ...

the 'private function' in Montreal

Anyone care to post details? A wedding? A party? Or was it just too 'private' to talk publicly about?

Re: I want this DVD!!!!

OK I also hate to admit this but Cher's cover of "Counting" is good also. It was Sonny's idea for her to do that. "Counting is my personal fave Bob song ever. Roy in Dallas Cher has never covered "Counting". Marianne Faithfull did a version. Cher covered "Elusive Butte...

not a Joni forum I know, but...

One last bit about Joni Mitchell.......have all you Joni fans heard the Hissing Of Summer Lawns demos that have recently surfaced? There's also one for Dreamland. Really interesting to hear her early takes on these songs.

It's called "Counting". Great song, NF! It can be found along with lots of other gems on this CD....

Bob playing at SXSW on March 12th

Ha! I see you're "opening" for.....or rather "preceding" Johnette Napolitano. She's great. I had a couple Concrete Blonde CDs back in the 90s....quite a set of pipes on her. Always such a vast array of artists there, I love it. Have a good time in Austin, Bob!

Elusive Butterfly (complete lyrics)

Another fan requested these from me, but instead of typing them all out for just one person, I figured I'd post them here. Some of you likely remember that Bob originally posted them on the old message board. THE BRIGHT ELUSIVE BUTTERFLY OF LOVE - Bob Lind You might wake up some morning To the sound...
