Hello, Ran across a hard cover book titled "Elusive Butterfly" dated, I think, 1971. Appears to be in fine condition with dust jacket. Question: is this something Mr Lind would like sent to him or his representatives? The jacket blurb mentions being a limited edition of 500 copies and it w...
