Yes, I do occasional covers, mostly as whim dictates.
But from your description, I'm guessing you heard me sing, Tom Paxton's "Bottle of Wine." It's becoming a regular part of my shows these days. Indeed, I hear the song in a different way. It feels sad to me and that's the way I sing it.

About a year ago I saw you perform a song that you had not written, which is really unusual. You sang a slower version of an upbeat "party" song, but I can't remember the title. Could you tell me what it was? You did a great job with it and should consider recording it or at least put it on your website.
