Welcome to the board, Kay. Great to have you with us.
Western State is pretty much a blur to me now. So sorry if I don't remember you personally.
But it's always good to have a fellow Mountaineer on the forum.
If you have time to look around at some of the threads, you'll find several entries from Western Staters here -- all of them remembering things my brain cells fail me on.

Anyway, stay close. Be well.

Western State College - sitting in the Student Union and you announced to us all that you were going to go to "Hollywood" with your song - "elusive butterfly" - we waited and waited for you to return to Gunnison, but you never did.
Kay Ochs was my name then - not that you would remember now, but I have thought about you many times - and my husband knew all about your song years ago when I mentioned the name.
I have always wondered what you have been up to, but obviously, from your web-site all is well.
Just thought I would check in - from the '60's part of your life.
Western hasn't forgotten you!
Kay
