I have been listening and watching some of your songs on YouTube. I am a long-time fan from the 1960s and have long thought that your songs would make really interesting videos. However, what I see on YouTube is, well, dull. Pictures of your album covers and pictures of you are nice, but don't begin to do justice to the lyricism of your words.

I know this seems a bit strange from a woman who will soon be 60, but I have started to learn to make music videos. I am new at this, but I do have my own style, which isn't quite like the videos I see others doing. I would like to try my hand at some of yours. If you'd like to see what I've already done, check out my YouTube Channel MaiHarinder.

My most beautiful is The Seine by the Kingston Trio. (Bob Shane said this is beautiful and he would know!) ... playnext=5

My most interesting is Time Takes Time by Marianne Faithfull

Obviously, I would like your permission to make at least a couple videos, starting with Truly Julie's Blue. Just as obviously, I could be like everybody else and do it without permission. Your music, however, has always been very personal to me and I just don't want to do that to you. It isn't nice.

Please let me know.
